Q: What is VOXenter?
A: According to its function VOXenter is a device, which is eligible for speech recognition and can be connected to every kind of sub call center. It puts callers immediately through to the required extension, but they can also choose the common (tone dial) method with keys. Functionally VOXenter is a computer, which includes interface cards and their software's to handle voice channels.
Q: Can VOXenter be used without a call center sub center?
A: No, VOXenter only controls the incoming calls, using the sub center's switching functions. It can not be applied separate; it can not handle incoming main lines and extensions. VOXenter operates on one or more extensions of the sub center, and puts incoming calls through to the proper place.
Q: What kind of a sub center is needed to apply VOXenter?
A: Any kind of sub call centers can be used, that have standard interfaces. There are some differences between the communication protocols used by call centers, but these are not significant for VOXenter.
Q: If I have ISDN, can I only use ISDN based VOXenter?
A: No, VOXenter accedes to the side-line of the telephone sub center. Mostly every ISDN center has an access to an analogue side-line; this is how you can chose between digital (ISDN) and analogue VOXenter. The voice quality is better in case of ISDN, than in analogue lines, that's why we recommend ISDN based VOXenter.
Q: If I would like to expand call capacity, should I buy new software?
A: No, VOXenter is able to expand its capacity with extra ISDN or analogue cards. The upgrade comes with a special offer.
