And the winner is... | The new software solution of AITIA based on voice recognition won an award in the IT 2003 Conference in Hungary.
The VOXenter call center with voice recognition won the second prize on the "IT 2003 - Informatics for Efficiency" conference, which was held in the headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences 9-10th April, 2003. The jury primarily rated the novelty, usefulness, and international usability of the solutions. The award was given by Kálmán Kovács Communication Minister to Péter Csontos chief executive, AITIA Inc.
VOXenter call center was developed by the specialists of AITIA Inc. based on the achievements of the Dept. of Telecommunications and Media Informatics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
