Hungarian business news portal, FigyelőNet reports about VOXenter | The VOXenter automatic telephone customer service system was established at the Central-Transdanubian Environmental and Water Authority in the beginning of the year. Gábor Stigler, the head of informatics and news service department said the system works excellently.
He also talked about the advantages, whereas "earlier this duty was settled by human resources, but the Authority had problems with the substitutions of workers with this special knowledge; this brought up the idea of a software solution. The permanently used system completely redeemed the previous call assistant."
