The event took place at the headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences April 9-10^th, 2003. The jury primarily rated novelty, usefulness, and international usability of the solutions. The award was presented by Kálmán Kovács Minister, Ministry of Informatics and Telecommunications to Péter Csontos chief executive, AITIA Inc.
