AITIA in 'Moha' | The university and college magazine Moha published an article about interns by AITIA International in its March cover.
AITIA's human resources manager Julianna Szabó told the magazine that there are no specific job openings for interns, rather they find the company based on its fame themselves. There are two types of students: they are looking for internships or the want to write their thesis based on professional, on-site jobs at companies. Interns benefit from their time with AITIA: they get professional and working experience and with these it is usually easier to apply for a job once they have graduated.
AITIA International's director of research László Gulyás Ph.D. talked about the professional preparedness and attitude of the interns: according to his experience, IT students nowadays are less prepared. When interviewing a student, he is especially looking for basic professional knowledge, but it is also important, that they are formative and have good communication skills. If all these qualities are met, there is a chance for a longer cooperation than an internship.
